Chris Freeland's commitment to the local community and his customers is second to none. He is a hands-on owner that can be found in his dealership nearly everyday. Our General Manager Rick Gladwell and Sales Manager Scott Blomquist, have over 43 years in the Automotive business and share that same commitment. Scott Blomquist our Sales Manager has many years of experience satisfying Harbor Nissan customers, along with the rest of our professional sales staff. Dear Harbor Nissan,

As you are aware on May 13 2011 I bought a used car from your dealership. I was searching the Internet and found your website. I was able to view your innovatory from Washington DC where I am working. I called about one of your vehicles from there I was introduced to Heidi on the phone. She was such a pleasant and helpful person to speak with that I knew I would be buying a car from Harbor Nissan. She went over some of the fine points of financing and the vehicles. I was so impressed I hung up with Heidi and booked a flight to Florida to buy my new car. Heidi arranged an appointment with your sales associates named Abigail when I came to town. Abigail was equally pleasant and helpful as Heidi. She listened to me needs and wants and only showed me vehicles in the price range we agreed upon. I felt no pressure from her to buy, she was able to answer all my questions and find what I was looking for. She stayed with us though the entire process of the contract and financing. She made sure I understood how everything worked in the car and that the car was detailed to her standards which are higher then mine, cause she sent it back to be cleaned again after I thought it looked great. I would have to say I don't know how many more cars I will be buying in the future. But, I will being returning to you right from the beginning of my search. If any of my friends or family are looking for a car I will be telling them about the extremely positive experience I had at your dealership. By the way my new used 2006 HHR I just love it. When I walked in to the dealership, I was met almost immediately by Scott Bryner and received a warm welcome. From that time until I left I was treated in a very courteous way. Scott made sure I knew everything I needed to know about the truck and guided me through the dealership to see everyone necessary for my purchase to move along smoothly. I purchased my previous truck from Harbor Nissan 10 years ago. I have received nothing but the best in service and sales since that day. On a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being best) I give the dealership a 12 and Scott a 15 for outstanding customer service.
